Key Accomplishments

My biggest accomplishments are creating wins for the entire organization. In leading operations for high-performing teams, I’ve significantly increased an agency’s bottom line, identified and created solutions for internal pain points, and streamlined processes across multiple teams, time zones, and work streams.

wildern client accounts

Increasing agency’s bottom line and amount of retainer clients.

I believe there’s always a better way to do things. Through a hyper-attentive approach to client communications and diligent workflow management internally, I directed the resources of Wildern’s multifaceted digital and creative team to generate over $20,000 per month in retained client revenue.

internal KNOWLEDGE HUB

Identifying and solving for pain points no one knew existed.

Details
What happens when there is no central hub for employee resources, documents, or updates? When I realized this was contributing to operational inefficiencies at Wildern, I sprang into action:

  • Took the initiative to identify key pain points and research ways to improve.

  • Single handedly conceptualized, designed, and composed an extensive company handbook on Slab to serve as an internal “Wildern wikipedia” for internal knowledge sharing, team documentation, onboarding, and employee resources.

  • Introduced the team to the platform and presented a training session on how to navigate the account to quickly locate information.

Now, Wildern has a centralized hub for internal resources that’ll endure and evolve as the company does.

INTERNATIONAL Travel & REMOTE WORK

Streamlining and fortifying operations across various time zones, teams, and workflows.

Details
Many of us work in a remote or hybrid set up these days; I’m the person who makes sure it feels like we’re all in the same room.

In 2022, I truly put my international operations skills to the test when I moved to Paris for three months while working full time at Wildern—and never missed a beat. I learned to deftly manage a series of unexpected challenges (think the flat you booked is above a construction zone!), juggle multiple time zones between teams, and lean on my innate ingenuity to navigate unfamiliar cultural norms and language barriers. Let’s just say I’m comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Women-owned small business certification

Discovering opportunities for the business to shine.

Details
An organization’s identity and specialty deserves to be in the spotlight, and I love finding ways to make that happen.

After discovering Wildern qualified for Washington State’s OMWBE program, which provides equity in public contracting opportunities for women-owned small businesses in the state, I took the lead in the application process. While it required managing mountains of paperwork and jumping bureaucratic hurdles, I was proud to secure the certification which now highlights Wildern statewide and generates new business opportunities.
