A photo essay very close to my heart. This series explores the stories and unique history behind one of Seattle's oldest neighborhoods: north Capitol Hill. As a child of the Hill, the beautiful old homes and towering oak trees are incredibly dear to me. In the face of a rapidly changing city landscape, the special history and people of this small corner of the world are worth capturing. Each resident pictured here has lived in their home for over 50 years.
